If you'd like to
spend more time on your vacation out of the classroom and in the
water, then consider expediting your training by completing the
PADI eLearning segment of the Open Water Diver Course at
home, online!
This course segment provides the knowledge development portion you
need before arriving at Manta Lodge to begin working on your in
pool-based and open water diving skills with our on site
professional PADI Instructors.
How does it work?
You must first enroll for the eLearning course segment on the
PADI web site. PADI’s eLearning system presents you with interactive
presentations that include videos, audio, graphics and reading.
Short quizzes let you gauge your progress, and review and correct
anything you might happen to miss. This lets you move through the
program efficiently and at your own pace and in your own home.
After you have completed all of the eLearning segments, simply print
your eLearning Record and bring it with you to Manta Lodge to
complete your Open Water Diver Certification Course.
What does it cost?
The
PADI Open Water Diver Course E-Learning
segment is $120 (US) nonrefundable, paid directly to PADI. The fee
covers your knowledge development training and gives you unlimited
access to an electronic version of the PADI Open Water Diver Manual
(course textbook.)
For students who have completed the PADI E-Learning, Manta
Lodge/Tobago Dive Experience will then provide you with the Open
Water Diver Certification Course for a discounted price of $400.00.
