BOOKING POLICIES:
• Deposits: • A deposit equivalent to 25% of the reservation is required in order to confirm a reservation.
• Final Payment is due in full 45 days prior to arrival at Manta Lodge.
• Bookings made within 45 days prior to arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.
• Special Booking and Cancellation policies apply to group reservations. Please inquire.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• All Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made up to 45 days prior to the travel date.
• Cancellations within 44– 21 days of travel will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations within 20 of travel: all reservations are non-refundable. 
• No shows, delayed arrivals or premature departures: no refunds.
